For the next gathering in Black Joy Kitchen’s Chef’s Table Series,
Chef Ting and the Black Joy Kitchen team invite you to the table for an evening celebrating
the fresh abundance and quiet beauty of spring.

This seasonal dinner unfolds like the garden waking—bright citrus, tender greens, sweet stone fruit, and delicate
herbs layered into dishes that feel both comforting and luminous.
Each course is crafted to capture the flavors of the season at their peak, where vibrant produce meets thoughtful
technique and every bite feels like a breath of fresh air.

Expect a graceful progression of plates inspired by the Flavors of Spring menu, featuring dishes like:

Sunrise Salad – roasted stone fruit, tomatoes, avocado, basil, burrata, arugula, lychee vinaigrette
Garden Awakening Risotto – velvet risotto with sweet spring peas and lemon zest
Golden Spring Lemon Herb Chicken or Cod over silky parsnip purée
Lemony Garlic Grilled Artichokes with butternut squash purée
Raspberry Passion Pavlova – cloud-light meringue with berries and bright passionfruit
