For our next Chef’s Table, Trinidad & Tobago Chef Ting and the Black Joy Kitchen team invite you into an intimate dining experience rooted in the flavors, rhythms, and ancestral memory of Trinidad & Tobago.

A continuation of Black Joy Kitchen’s Chef’s Table Series, this gathering celebrates the cuisine of the twin-island nation — where African, Indigenous, Indian, and Creole influences meet at the table. Slow-simmered stews, fire-kissed dishes, and boldly seasoned plates anchor the experience. Indigenous ingredients shine. Time stretches. Stories unfold. The table becomes a space of connection, culture, and shared joy.

Each dish reflects the spirit of Trinidad & Tobago cuisine — vibrant, layered, and deeply intentional.
This is a feast where history and hospitality intertwine, inviting us to slow down, gather close,
